Shipping Policy

We provide a dependable and fully insured shipping service right to your doorstep, when and where you need them. Your package will be shipped by either FedEx or by USPS Registered Mail. We urge all customers to inspect your package upon arrival for damage or tampering and report any such compromise immediately. We offer free shipping on all orders to shipping addresses within the United States. We offer worldwide shipping on all orders to international shipping addresses, but you will be responsible for paying your own international shipping costs.

You will receive your package within 8 to 10 business days with Standard Shipping and 5 to 6 days with Express Shipping.

 

Conditions of Use & Return Policy

There are 30 day returns At Sabrina A Inc under specific conditions. We stand behind each of our diamonds and fine jewelry products with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item without custom engraving in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for full refund or an exchange.

How to prepare a Return

To return a diamond or jewelry item follow our three step process:

  • Call for Return Code
  • Obtain a Return Code from Sabrina A Inc Representative by calling (213) 435 0215. You will be asked to indicate whether you would like a refund or exchange.
  • Insure and Ship the Package
  • Insure and ship the item back to Sabrina a Inc at: Sabrina a Inc 550 South Hill St Suite 750 Los Angeles, CA 90013 To help ensure the security of your valuable shipment, please do not write any word associate with Jewelry or Diamonds on the label. We require that you insure the item for the invoice price and request a return receipt to confirm delivery of your shipment to Sabrina A  Inc.
  • Returns Process
  • Returned products must arrive at our office within 30 days from the time an order is placed online. We will not accept returned items that are shipped without the Return Code, improperly packaged or uninsured. Failure to return the original diamond certificate (when applicable) will void your return. All returned items will be reviewed for any damage, wear, alteration, engraving or resizing that occurred after the item was shipped to the customer. If Sabrina A Inc. determines that an item has been altered in any way, the item will not be accepted for return, and will be shipped back to you without the issuance of a return credit. If an items is accepted for return (or an order is cancelled). Sabrina A Inc. will issue a full refund, exchange or credit within 5-10 business days. Payment made via credit card will be credited back to the account. Custom items such as custom rings, custom jewelry or any other special order cannot be returned or canceled. Additionally, design deposits, custom head fees, customized fees and engraving fees and shipping fees are non-refundable.
